Located in San Jose on North First Street at the River Oaks Light Rail Station, RiverView is a redevelopment of an obsolete 32.6 acre former R&D facility.  Entitled by TDP in 2008, RiverView is master-planned for 1,579 units and 50,000 SF of retail space and a 5-acre public park based on an urban grid containing 6 distinct development “blocks”.  Each block was designed with a different architectural style and product type to promote an interesting pedestrian-oriented community.

Parcel 4 is a 271-unit apartment community providing value product to the market.  Designed as a 4-story “wrap product” with an interior parking structure, Parcel 4 features a mix oriented towards smaller 1-bedrooms and 2-bedroom units while providing a full-complement of amenities including a fitness center with yoga floor area, business center and wi-fi lounge, and a well-landscape courtyard with a Jr. Olympic size pool.  Riverview Parcel 4 is underconstruciton with first units scheduled to be delivered in the 2^nd Quarter 2014.
