Architect:

Landscape Architect: Cliff Lowe and Associates
Status: Under Construction

2655 Bush Street is under construction and features a mixed-use apartment development on a 3/4-acre site, situated at the corner of Divisadero and Bush streets in Lower Pacific Heights, one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in San Francisco.  TDP acquired this entitled site in August 2012 by working through the bankruptcy courts with the prior developer.  TDP reconfigured the building and parking structure to improve the efficiency of the project and the livability of the units, which included adding amenity areas such as a fitness center, greenhouse, and lounge to the previously designed public areas such as a roof top deck and well-landscaped interior courtyard.    Besides improving the configuration of the units, the average unit size was increased by 10%.

Groundbreaking commenced in fall 2013, with occupancy expected in 2015. The project will feature 81 high-end units with an average size of 1,080 square feet, and 3,800 square feet of retail space.  Unit mix will consist primarily of one- and two-bedroom units and parking will be located below grade. With its adjacency to both the UCSF Mt. Zion Medical Center and Kaiser San Francisco Medical Center, and the thriving Fillmore and Laurel Village districts, 2655 Bush Street is extremely well located in a  desirable and vibrant area.
