Ms. Weil joined Thompson | Dorfman Partners, LLC in 2008, and is responsible for managing all internal office and overhead functions. Before joining Thompson | Dorfman, she served as the Northern California Account Manager for GreenPoint Mortgage, Correspondent Lending Division.

Prior to joining GreenPoint, she owned and operated three small businesses. One of those businesses, Susan Weil Designs, showcased her line of hand-woven women’s sportswear and was featured seasonally in a number of publications.

Ms. Weil received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University, with a concentration in Social Anthropology. She has been actively involved in numerous art and academic institutions including serving as a board member of Art Works Downtown, a prior board member of Ring Mountain Day School, and has chaired several committees at both public and private schools. Ms. Weil is an alumna interviewer for Harvard College.
