Nicholas LeoneMr. Leone joined Thompson | Dorfman Partners, LLC in 2013, and is responsible for project specific preconstruction and construction activities. Prior to joining Thompson | Dorfman, Mr. Leone was a project manager at McGinnis Chen Associates, a San Francisco-based architecture firm focused on remedial architecture, waterproofing, and litigation support. He led numerous multifamily renovation projects and served as the waterproofing consultant on projects ranging from speculative mixed-use to historical renovations as well as forensic investigations.

Prior to McGinnis Chen, Mr. Leone worked as a construction manager for Marx|Okubo Associates, where he oversaw seismic and architectural upgrades at occupied multifamily properties throughout the Bay Area. He also conducted transactional physical due diligence inspections for real estate assets ranging from high-rises to ski resorts.

Mr. Leone earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he also minored in Construction Management and Real Estate Development. He is certified as a LEED Accredited Professional and is a licensed Architect in the State of California.
