Mr. Stevick joined Thompson Dorfman Partners, LLC in 2013. Mr. Stevick provides support for acquisition and development activities, including preparing financial analysis and project schedules, coordinating site due diligence, assisting contract negotiations, and serving as a liaison between project development and design teams.

Previously, he served as a real estate analyst for Duff & Phelps, a financial services and investment banking firm.

Mr. Stevick obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Swarthmore College, where he received the James H. Scheuer Scholarship for Environmental Studies. He is a California licensed real estate broker and is pursuing a general contractor’s license.
